Laura has been a Rebel for only 2 months and she’s already seen incredible results!! She’s in the gym every morning, absolutely killing it in class and it shows!! 
Check out her before and afters and read what she has to say about Rebel:  “I joined Rebel Fitness a little over 8 weeks ago and am blown away at the progress I made in such a short time.  I am just getting back into my fitness routine after having my three children.  I tried tirelessly to lose weight after each pregnancy with no luck and became frustrated thinking the weight was harder to come off now than it was in my 30’s.  I was WRONG!  With a tweak of my already healthy diet (added more protein, fruits and veggies…I am actually eating MORE) and being completely consistent in my workouts going 5-6x a week I see that I CAN do it.  Getting up at 5AM to come to the Rebel 5:30AM class is even easier now with the energy I have gained.  I am slowly getting to know the class and everyone has been so friendly and helpful as I earn my Rebel status! He absolutely crushes his workouts in class and semi private training and has followed custom meal plans, working with Justin to change it up as he progresses. Check out his before and afters and read what he had to say about his experience at Rebel Fitness:  Just about a year ago I randomly stumbled across an online post about Rebel Fitness and wanted to try something different that wasn’t your typical gym, which had never worked for me because I would get bored and never had anyone to really show me the right way to get results. After many years of being lazy, bad eating, and not a lot of physical activity I decided it was time to make a change and haven’t looked back since! 
Since day one Danielle, Justin, Matt, and Will have been nothing but amazing trainers and have truly helped me, and everyone else in the gym, achieve goals I didn’t think I could do.  The atmosphere of the gym is always fun and everyone I’ve met there always has a great attitude, even at 530am with the music blasting!! 
There is no other gym I’ve been to like it and would highly highly recommend giving it a chance if you’re looking to make a change in your life!!  #100percentrebel #rebelfitness
